This was released the other night on Sonic The Hedgehog's facebook and it has me pondering what could this be about?

Well it is Sonic's 20th anniversary coming.. my guess is a new game..

hmm looks like a new full sonic game. Still waiting for sonic episode 2 but this doesn't look like that.

Could it be another sonic mega collection? Maybe they'll release sonic 4 ep 2 on disc with it.

I'm thinking that they will make a new game that is more like the originals. Maybe as an ode to a formula that used to work really well for them?

Can't find the source but read they may be doing a game where you play through all the different sonics with different abilities.

That would be different and possibly open up the levels more like Knuckles did to Sonic 2 & 3.
