I was given an Xbox 360 Live. It came with a copy of a game and it plays fine. So it is not the original, how do I tell if this box is flahsed or modded?

If it still looks like a normal xbox 360 when you turn it on, it is more then likely firmware flashed (dvdrom).. If it has a different dashboard on it when you boot, or it has emulators like SNES then it is a JTAG!
