I know. I have already read that. I just wasn't to sure about the new arcade model hdmi. It has the inter 512mb card installed onboard and wanted to know how I can get that off so I can copy the .bin file. I don't want to download someones .bin file that millions of people have and xbox says hey lets ban this sn. I would like to keep mine. What I wanted to know is;
-would i need to copy the .bin file from the 512mb onboard card b/c it already has it installed with the onboard card.
-if so how would i go about taking it off the card. no way to get to it to hook it up the computer.

You'll be best off finding someone elses large hard drive and ripping the SS.bin file if you want to make sure you have one that is limited in use. The SS.bin for the hard drive tells it what size it is, you won't be able to use the internal 512mb mem card ss.bin (if it even has one) as once you load that to your nice big hard drive, it'll only show up at 512mb, you'll need to find a friend that has a 120gb 360 hard drive and will allow you to open it up and connect it to your computer, then using hddhackr rip the ss.bin off of it, and then flash your new drive with his ss.bin. _________________________________________________________
