Has everyone seen the latest product coming from team-xecuter??

Xecuter xDrive 360 running modified firmware??
http://www.360-hq.com/article3347.html

I just don't understand how it will work unless you physically open the 360 to install this item.. It just can't work via USB other M$ would just patch it.

What are your thoughts??

I'm with you man you would need to open the 360 and if thats the case here it would be just as good to keep it in the box till the first drive burns up.

Don't seem to be much thinking out side the box here. Confused

Your play on words is second to none wes Laughing

I think it is a waste of money. For the price it would cost to buy, you would probably be better off buying a relatively new second hand console.

It would be cool if you didn't have to open the console but they have no details on that available yet!. And yes, you are all right.. Waste of money considering you could just replace your dvdrom drive pretty cheap!

Would be really good if you didn't have to open the 360 but I don't see that working out! I'd buy it if it just plugged in and worked Smile

I don't see how this would work since it would still need the key from your console to function, and to get the key you would still have to open up your xbox. So your not really gaining a whole bunch from buying this device since your console will already be open.

What I found in their is that will not be expensive and you will have to flash it.

No idea if it is a Benqy or Sammy.

You cant use any drive in ur 360 without the key so you must open.

Good question will be if we can use it in our PC in order to make backups
