Hiya, thought id post this as ive had a good fiddle with tversity and thought id pass on some tips for using this great application!

1 - Stream Videos from youtube/megavideo/nearly any website!
Ive got this to work with various degress of success firstly youll need Video DownloadHelper its a firefox add on, which allows you to download flv videos from video website - once installed find your video, click the arrow next to the app, it will drop down and show you the active video in bold for example : 43246.flv highlight it and another box will open with the options download, quick download and a few others, click quick download, goto the download window of firefox right click the video, copy download link, now you can stop the download. Goto Tversity - Library - internet - video click add, paste the url in the box type in the title of the video and click submit. you may need to refresh your tversity library to show it on your xbox.

I have had difficulty streaming files from the internet sometimes, but after setting the setting as below they seem to have improved!

2 - Run Tversity on a slow pc!
Right ive tweaked and tweaked and got tversity to stream and encode without any delay on my 1.1ghz pentium 3, 256mb ram, 30gb hard drive laptop with no probs! the secret is in the transcode settings!
Firstly - where it says windows media encoder (for xbox 360) check which Windows Media Video its encoding to my laptop wont encode WMV 9, but setting it down to wmv 7 it runs very fast, i have the compression set to medium to compensate as well, and the optimization set to speed.

I hope you find this useful helpful and or imformative if u would like any help setting up, hit me up!
