Back in June I renewed my subscription for XBL. I received the confirmation email saying that it was successful. The acct was due on 7/25 and today, 8/24 they suspend my acct due to "problems with the payment method"
If there were problems, I would have never received the email. I called and got nothing but brain dead idiots and a supervisor who was even dumber. I posted in their forums and expect tfor it to be locked but I don't care cuz I'll just keep posting.

ill never put myu credit card info on there beaucse if somehting happens the retards at 1800-4my-xbox dont have a clue what there doing if something does go wrong and it could be anything . and they dont know how to fix it they think itrs your problem you deal with it. so enegma i would complain and complain alot to the supervisors even though you and i know more thna them. but get back to me if they say anything.
