I am a big fan of Sid Mier's games. They are awesome!!
I love Revolution. Oblivion was my first, Revolution was my second.

Fun cool graphics, a little away time from the high-end graphics from other games.

Cool.. Good to have another gamer active in our forums who's not scared to let us know his own opinions.. Smile

I love civilization myself. It was one of the first pc games i ever really got into.. Well apart from Warcraft, etc..

Yeah I might have to get that game and add to my seemingly endless line of games to play lol

I rented it a while back and it was excellent, reminded me of a shorter simplified version of civ 4 which worked good for the 360.

Will use this if I get the game!

Best Regards,
Frozenfire1

I rented this game over the summer and it was a lot of fun. Too bad I forgot to add it to my christmas list, so I'm going to have to save up the money over the next few months for it. Hope the used is cheap by now, which I'm sure it most likely is.

Awesome! Great to see im not the only oddball in here and in my family. Everyone i know love the games everyone plays COD4, Halo3, Fallout3 its sooo annoying!

I prefer those with a nice twist, something more unique Very Happy
Great tooo even more people showing their opinions

Oh yea, forgot to mention a good computer series similar to civilizations. I last checked it out last year, not sure if they have a more updated game. Familiar with The Settlers VI?
Downsides: Need Graphics Card that supports pixel shader 2.2 (i, unfortunately, have the dreadful GeForce4 420MX with no pixel shader support)

I ESPECIALLY LOVE CLASSIC RTS GAMES.
My first one was when I was 5, it was Doom 2000 and Red Alert.
My second favorite Genre is Simulations/Real Life and RPG
My first Sims was Theme Hospital and Sim Copter
My first RPG was Chrono Cross.

I miss those 12 pc game value packs... I still have them too!

I just bought this game last night, and if it wasn't for me having to go to work, I wouldn't have put the game down. I was literally playing that game for about 14 hours straight.

Once you get past the initial tutorial to figure out how everything works, it's so much fun, and time flies.

Ahhhaa Yeupp !
Tutorial is extremely boring. For all my games i just skip the tutorial and kinda just get the feel of the game myself. Which is why i usually suck since tutorials give useful hints.

First time playing this game without tutorial, my head hurt so badly. Its quite interesting, the computer AIs function in certain situations, very funny. Like moodswingers, can never guess their next move P:
