Well guys I did it again! Yep I bought another 360 from ebay! This time around the 360 is rroding and the owner has admitted to opening the system up to take a poke around and tore the warranty sticker in the process. Rolling Eyes Anyhow the guy assures me that he didn't try to mod it or fix it in anyway shape or form and I tend to believe him because he has a high sell record and 100% feedback on ebay and would be stupid to lie to me since it would damage his reputation and feedback score. And hey for 40.00 and 12.96 shipping for a grand total of 52.96 even if I can't fix it at the very least I have some good parts for cheap you know? So it is getting shipped priority for sure this time! And should be with me shortly and then I with my support group and tutorials here at 360 HQ will attempt to fix it. Very Happy Like I said worse case scenario I can use the parts or sell them individually on ebay. And you really can't beat the price! Wink

To tell you the truth the reason I got this rrod 360 in the first place is so I can open it!! Laughing I am going to be like a kid on Christmas day when my 360 comes! I have never seen for myself what the 360 looks like on the inside. I have just seen pictures so I am actually excited to be able to open a 360 without having to worry about the warranty or blowing it up. Like I said worst case scenario I can just part the thing out on ebay. Have you guys seen what just the parts are selling for nowadays on ebay??? Shocked It's ridiculious!

llamma seems to know their stuff on this, so I'll give you their link. They also have a list of parts or you can buy a kit from them (it would be easier if you got a 360 opening tool too. (recommended but not needed) Good luck and let us know how it goes

P.S. If all goes well maybe you should make a tutorial, would be useful for the site

That is a great idea...maybe I will do a step by step with pictures detailing the whole thing. That would be excellent material for the site! I would need help structuring the tutorial but yeah I would definetly be willing to do a tutorial. Very Happy
