So heres a question to all the gamers, what would you think about a place that you could go to and play games, any game/console you want and be in a nice comfortable invironment? For instance you and couple friends want to all play a game together and maybe you want to play system link, you and your friends could come play for say 5 bucks each and get to play all day game of your choice, console of your choice be able to switch up games as much as you would like. Ill just call it a consol arcade for easier poll question lol.
kinda like a place to hang out get outta the house, sound like fun?
Also you could come in and play alone, there would be tounements, xbox live, lounging areas that you could hang out in, food and drinks, pretty much the whole works lol, midnight release tournements.. _________________________________________________________

Pretty much a LAN room. I used to have a card shop down the road from me that had a friday night halo 2 tourny everyweek. I used to go all the time. It was 5 dollars to play in the tourny, and it was a different gametype everyweek. It was a lot of fun. Sadly about a year ago the card shop closed because it didn't get enough business to stay above the water. _________________________________________________________

I never thought of it being called a LAN room/party lol good thinkin, i was thinking about the customer thing, and i think it would go good here i talked to some random ppl and they seemed to like the idea.. this town is so freakin boring its unbelievable, we got pretty much a dry bar for the underage ppl and regular bars for older ppl, kinda boring stuff...but judging by the lines when a new game comes out like COD4 or Halo 3 i think i would get good business lol. But im hoping that this poll will give me some fantastic numbers so i can show some finacial ppl and get thier help with loans and such. But then again that is quite a ways from here i dunno if they would have any effect on me or not, but either way its gotta be good lol.

Sounds like an awesome idea, if you could run a place like that you'd make a lot of money! Just make sure when you start raking in the cash you open a second store around my house lol _________________________________________________________

My uncle runs something like this in Portsmouth, NH. His companies main deal is inventing robotic applications for corporations. They are now applying robotics to video games. Their 'game house' is huge and have some interesting machines you can climb into and actually live a 3d game world like Oblivion. They are working on a multi-player machine as well. The game 'party' room is always busy. Groups of people buy sections of space and slots of time to have their own tournaments.
I have never participated but just toured the place a few times. His son is a gaming and surfing buddy of mine but he has a bunch of his hockey friends playing there now and then.

To climb into a thing and actually be like living in the 3d world would be truly AMAZING lol, i would love to try it out. we are almost done with the numbers we pretty much need to figure out the loan stuff now, im really hoping this will take off, even if we dont make much money its more about the gaming and somethin for ppl to do and get off the streets _________________________________________________________

Theres a place like that a few mins walk from where i live. They only have pc gaming and have all the pcs there, they have monthly overnight 12 hour tournament lock in type things seem to always be full. They were working on getting modded xbox 1's set up when they started but I guess it never worked out.
