well you guys ive been thinking alot lately and i think im goiing to stand tall with the ps3. yep when my xbox live runs out im not paying for it again. i think sony is heading in the right direction and the 360 is not but thats my personal way of it. so X0333 AND HQ CHEESESTEAK are not going to be online in the next month so i have to say goodbye.

What has made you choose the PS3.
Fair enough you have to pay to access LIVE but it is a far superior service the the crappy PSN.
The games coming out for the PS3 arent exactly groundbreaking or look any better than the 360's versions of the same games.
You will find mate that all the games that the PS3 is getting, 95% will be on the 360.
If you said you were going to the Wii, I could have understood that (only just). But to go to the PS3.
The only thing it has going for it is the BLU-Ray, but even then the HD-DVD is exactly the same (and cheaper)
Sorry to see you go, but I suppose it is your choice.
I am not a microsoft fanboy by any means and I am not going to say the ps3 is crap eithier. I have a modded ps2 that I love to death. Sony has a good product when it comes to reliability. Of course all their Sony stuff is top notch when it comes to quality checking and they are superb when you call them up and asked to get something fixed. Most times they will just replace whatever the item is with a brand new and better one. Believe me I know all about sony. I have looked real hard at the ps3 and I just don't see the games there except for resistance fall of man which looks way cool. Maybe when it comes way down in price I will look at it again. But I can't justify forking out 600 dollars for one game. My wife would kill me besides. And for what I can tell the games on the ps3 are not better or worse then on the 360.But anyhow I ramble. Dude that is cool if you choose to play a PS3 more then your 360 and it by no means you have to leave our family. I have to say the last two gens ive been a microsoft fanboy. I was a nintendo fanboy and sony fanboy until i got my first xbox in 2006. After that i was hooked. This gen and last gen aren't as good as mircosofts consoles. I do have to say the last good console nintendo made was the N64, and its a great console. _________________________________________________________

Sometimes products from company's take awhile to get better micro soft started out not to long ago u know like sony first started back in the day but anyway im sure when sony first started they were having simular problems like the xbox has but even though xbox is trying to fix them and repair them for people lets hope there next console that comes out will be better built me i dont care how big it is as long as it keeps it cool and awesome play. Im a fan of both but never bought a playstation before lmao i did buy a psp one time for my cusin bday lmao but thats besides the point i did buy a xbox when it came out. Just wish they didnt quit making games for the regular xbox that was stupid on there part. Im a fan of all consoles only reason is if we didnt have them we would have to sit there and listen to are wifes or gfs lmao. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!

Please explain how Sony is heading in the right direction and the Xbox 360 is not ???
Is it cause the PS3 has blueray ? (cause i didnt buy my console for a DVD player)
Or are you unhappy with having to pay for Xbox Live ? (which is about $50 for 12 months,so that equals out to be about $1 a week )
I am quite happy paying $1 dollar a week for a far superior service.

I don't see how the ps3 is going in the right direction either. I havn't seen any games i want for the ps3 yet, and the xbox 360 has a few good ones coming up. _________________________________________________________
