Has anyone fixed a dvd drive that was scratching discs? I found the some info about placing rubber pads on the drive lid

But I can't find out how thick the pads are.

Id say like 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch.

you could also purchase a product that has been released for the 360 called "Zoozen Protectors"..

I considered buying that product but Zoozen doesn't sell directly from their site. They list two distributors in the U.S. and neither site lists the product. I will try the British site if I can't find it anywhere else.
