Which is better, Kai, XBConnect, or M$ LIVE? I haven't connected to LIVE with either the xbox1 or the 360 yet. I hooked up both consoles last night to XBConnect. Tons of xbox1 folks but very few 360's.
XBConnect worked fine but Kai was problematic. Kept disconnecting and sometimes it would hang up muck up my internet connection and I would have to reboot to start surfing again.
Has anyone seen this problem with Kai? Is the pay-for-play LIVE that much better?

I use to always use kai and xbconnect on my xbox 1.. Since buying my 360 i decided to invest in Xbox Live and ive never looked back. Its just so much easier to meet up with your friends using XBOX LIVE rather then system link software.
YOu have to remember that not every game that is LIVE ENABLED is SYSTEM LINK TOO.. Well from my experience..
Xbox Live is just so easy to see who is online playing what in your friends list and then you just click on JOIN SESSION IN PROGRESS if you want to met up or get them to send a invite.
With XLINK or KAI, XBCONNECT it's more pc based and you find yourself runinng from your pc to your gaming machine all the time.. I know i did..
XBMC and KAI were added to XBMC for XBOX 1 which i liked alot but i still find XBOX LIVE to kick ass.. Sorry but i love it.
I have tonnes of friends still playing KAI etc but they will all come over to XBOX LIVE i know they will, they have seen my GOLD account and like what they see.

IMHO your better off with MS LIVE, most people tend to sigh up with Live so you will have a greater chance of finding a game to play.
If you look on e-bay you can pick up 12 months gold cheaper than in the stores. _________________________________________________________
