I have no doubt there would be a way around it mate but unfortunately i dont have the time to investigate with you..

Does anyone think a pcmcia sata adapter would function in a dos enviroment , most are listed as being win 98se compat ???

I don't know of anyone who has tried, I'd hate to waste the money but you may have to unless you could find a friend with a desktop style computer, and then I would just buy a PCI SATA card as it would probably end up being cheaper. _________________________________________________________
