Hello Folks!!
I know it's been a minute but I wanna say thanx for always showing me the way in past with my xbox questions. Lemme get to the point: I got gtag issues...I lost my password to my gtag miamilife305 and it's still active on xbox live. I can't remember the password for crap. I spoke with MS and the recovery team and they told me the account is not hacked nor stolen. The thing is I chnged the email address and saved the passord on my BB and when I lost the data on the phone when it fell into the sink full of washing detergent, well, you the rest....
So now I'm stuck like chuck without my licensed purchased games and achievements. Called MS again and just gave them my whole entire life and said they still couldn't help the brother out. Feeling bad bros.....
So I'm asking if anyone or a light of hope to enlighten this situation for me? Guys, it's almost been almost two years and I still look my gtag and the rep said it will stay active until I can do a passowrd recovery but MS won't let me do it caused I've tried amny times to remember that password...

that might be some help i cant verify the help as i've not tried it or used the website before.
Do you have any credit cards attached to the account? If so if you call microsoft try using that as leverage. Out of everything I've heard about accounts getting jacked and passwords lost they can always do something but it takes a lot of persistance and tenacity.

ive had the same happen to me in the past, now i make sure i always put valid details on the Xbox LIVE account i use, otherwise its a nightmare to get them back if anything ever happens. I nearly lost my first gamertag but got it back after a few weeks of being on the phone, hope you figure it out or remember your info. _________________________________________________________ Xbox v1.1
