I got some tat ideas and i have a place in mind..do u know of any site so u can check on parlors to see if its a clean place and stuff...hw would i go about that..

I would say try local health department website and see if there are tattoo parlors that have no infractions or complaints for unsafe practices! As for best artists or place to get one word of mouth and seeing their portfolios should help,all artist have a book pf their work. hey thanks for that i'll have to look it up that way...so far i got two good ideas for tats but one of them will have to wait till i have some serious cash on me and the other one will be pretty cheap cause its a small design
