its really going to come down to how computer savvy you are in the end;.. There are many ways to get around this like proxies, ssl tunelling just to start.
It always starts like this. Restriction of freedom for your protection, then it always gets abused. Once this system is in place, It will be very easy for the government to use the same system to block any content that puts them in a bad light with the citizens. Block blogs and news sites that are critical of them. Our current administration in the White house would cream their pants if they could have something like this. Not that they will not try. This is being pushed on you with arguments like blocking child porn or other nasty sh** but I guarantee you they have much more uses in mind. No different than a Kid telling his parents he needs a computer so he can use it for his school work, when we know he really wants it for gaming and porn.
