I wish we could tell what is causing it to resolve back to the old server. As far as I can tell, this shouldn't be. It is the registrar that points the domains. The other strange thing is that it is always fine from here in NH with comcast. I have never seen things resolve back to the old server at all.
... but it is going on for far too long. What has your registrar replied back?
Stopping the sites on the old server may help.
