Ok so i got around to painting it today but it's been put on hold for anything else until tomorrow, my PC decided to crazy today and kill my main SATA drive, so i was forced to do an image recovery (thank you Acronis) onto a new drive, but i've decided to start using Linux as my main OS, for now at least, and i have to get that set up tonight.

Anyways, here's the photo's of it painted. Installing the window is next.

Using a jigsaw on detailed work, like that x for instance, is not a good idea. The jigsaw will stress the plastic too much and will crack it. You might be able to cut a window out using a jigsaw, but I always use a dremel with some heavy duty cutting disks.
Actually if you use a precision jigsaw with adjustable speed it cuts anything just right. Alot of people don't know you can adjust a jigsaws speed to cut down on vibration. The only reason I know this is because I have done alot of fancy cutting with one on all materials and have never had problems with cracks or anything else for that matter. Especially on plastic. The big secret to jigsaws is learning that it is okay to change the blade once in awhile to ensure proper cutting precision and less vibration. Just thought you would like to know. Wink

Ok, so not much of an update really, i'm still buried deep in this pc issue, but i did manage to attach the plexiglass to the case. Now all i have to do is to attach all the led's and solder 'em up. Should be done by the end of the week hopefully.
