I get my console back as some of you know I had to mail my console in and it came back broken and I had to mail it in again. I got it back today and it was still broken so now I have to mail it back and they say this time they will exchange it for a new console. This is a joke how can this happqen twice and they acted like it was no big deal. This is getting really frustrating I just want my console back

that sucks balls dude, didnt you get free stuff from the last one? i would call as much as you can express your dissatisfaction with microsoft blah blah blah hopefully you can get express shipping and maybe more free games

That how many of the warrenty fixes go. If you get one that works it only works for about 2 weeks. Thats why when mine breaks ill take it back to wal-mart and exchange it, because if you send it back its not going to be fixed for long.

I know they sent it back pretty much as is it is doing the same thing I sent it back for. I cant beleive its happen twice in a row and the lady on the phone acted like it was my fault or something. I am really not to happy with M$ customer service they act like they are doing you a favor passing out those one month xbox live cards if you want to make it better give me a one year card or something that actually makes its seem like you are trying to make it better. I spend alot of money on M$ products and I am starting to ask myself why. Yes I have already received my free stuff but it is pretty much useless since I will be without my console at least another 2 weeks. They are suppose to be calling me back to offer me some more free stuff but im like what can you offer me that I dont already have, I have four controllers, an xbox live vision camera that was sent to me for a screwed up repair the last time, the chatpad, the wireless headset, theres not much as far as acessories goes that I dont already have and I have a decent amount of games, so Im asking myself what can the really give me to make me happy

Ive gotten to the point where I dont want any free stuff, I just want a working console, they have tried to fix it 2 times and have failed so I think its time to send me a new console. They are doing everythingt they can to not give out new consoles. This is going to hurt them the next time they release a console because alot of people are going to remember what happened with this one and buy the sony or nintendo product instead. I dont think Sony or Nintendo would handle it like this. They are doing everything they can to not tell the public whats is making these things die in the first place. I think its would be better for a company as rich a M$ to just start replacing peoples console I think they can afford it, its not our fault they rushed their device to the marketplace before it was ready and we bought it because we support M$ products

yeah that sucks maybe the next time you talk to them you can get express shipping on it and express your dissatisfaction with them and be calm about it and if the persons being an jerk ask to talk to their supervisor and give them more about your dissatisfaction and with the customer service agent who was being a jerk or blaming it on you, thats all i can say and i REALLY hope you get that new console asap

Well They called me back and said they are going to overnight me a box and overnight the console back to me. I guess this time they are going to exchange out the console so hopefuly I will get a working console back who knows. I just want this awful ordeal to be over. She said something about sending me something for all my trouble and I told her to just get this taken care of and if they wanted to send me something thats fine as long as I have a console because without a console anything they send me is pretty much useless anyway. I tried to be nice but at this point I just want my box back. Its hard to be nice when it seems like they are doing this on purpose to buy them some time or something

I think I should to but I will probaly get a refurb or something, when I told the lady on the phone I should get a brand new console they said they couldnt do that, They said I was being unresonable. They cant fix my console but im being unresonable, thats funny
