Try one last thing, before I dig real deep and see what I can unearth. Restart your computer and see if that has any effect.

Personally i would setup the XBOX 360 with a STATIC network address.
Give it ip address in the same range or your PC with the crossover card.

Once you have it setup as static set all the DNS servers as per your PC.
You will manually need to set everything as it looks like your pc isnt handing out ip's auto.

anyway, give that a go.

What I think is happening, is Ics is trying to use a ip that is the starting ip for the router. Heres the error.

"An internet connection cannot be shared. A LAN connection is already configured with the IP address that is required for automatic IP Addressing."

Or perhaps the comp is running the ip needed, I've had my share of a few bacardi drinks, so thought is coming slowly to me.

Well by default a Xbox 360 is setup with automatic network detection settings.. Smile This works fine most of the time but i personally always set my equipment up on a static ip so it never changes.

This is what i would try.

Here are your PC settings:
Code:

IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.103
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 68.94.156.1
68.94.157.1

1. Turn on your xbox 360
2. Goto the SYSTEM blade (or tab)
3. Choose NETWORK SETTINGS and press the A button (green)
4. Choose EDIT SETTINGS and press the A button (green)
5. On the next screen it will more then likely show that it is setup as automatic which normally allows a router, gateway or other device to automatically assign an IP address to your console.

We DONT want automatic.. So press the A button (green) on your controller and it should give you the option to choose AUTOMATIC or MANUAL..

6. Choose MANUAL
7. On the next screen it should now allow you to add your own ip address to the xbox 360 so it will stay the same always.

Choose IP ADDRESS and enter the ip address: 192.168.0.50

8. Now choose to enter your SUBNET: 255.255.255.0
9. Now choose to enter your GATEWAY: 192.168.0.1
10. Hit the DONE button..
11. Now we need to enter your DNS.

Click the A (green) button on the DNS settings area and enter:

Primary DNS: 68.94.156.1
Secondary DNS: 68.94.157.1

ok.. Thats about it..

hope it helps
