Well......this is my friend's guitar that has a problem....anyways when he presses the green and blue(i think) buttons down they don't work(he can't get anywhere) so he can't go to a song or play one cause his green button doesn't work

Is it still under warranty? If so just return it, if not take it apart and see if the button is making contact with the rubber pads that hit the pcb.

Yea....he tried to bring it back today but no games were in........I also found out that it was an electrical shock that caused the problem
