I'm confused, there's a philips drive on ebay, i thought the 360 only had TS and hitachi? (i heard they had some other drive's in dev kits though) Can anyone clear this up for me?

Cheers for clearing this up for me . Does anybody know if I could still use this drive to inject my own key into to play originals?

As far as I can tell they are prototype/dev unit drives and will not work in a retail unit. you cannot transfer your key to the drive. And even if you did the firmware would not read retail games anyways. The article forahobby linked to I believe was debunked as untrue and that the philips drives were actually like I said debug/prototype drives. _________________________________________________________
