Jus tlike to share if you have a microcenter in your area you can now get 100pks of dual layer discs for nothing but $35.

DVDR's are getting cheap now. I haven't burned one in such a long time. It won't be long and I think they will be a thing of the past.

^^ yep, they're a CANCER to hardware!
not even the magnetic planar floppy disk was close to the damage optical media creates! (do store more than magnetic FD's)
can't wait for optical medium to be OBSOLETE then it's chip/sm/hdd storage from here on in! Very Happy
(and FPGA emulators on the retrograde equipment)
have the WORST luck writing disks, either it's a flawless write or not working at all! (at least IMGBURN put the odds in my favor)
aye, optical media is expensive where i live so it makes better fiscal sense to ignore it and get sm/hdd's where possible, cost effective and that! Cool
