So yesterday I made my first vid in my series of Battlefield3-Is It Possible To Suck More Than Me series, and within an hour of uploading to Youtube this jack-off 3Tube1Zero filed a claim saying he owned the rights to my video. So of course I disputed it. Then today he tried it again on 2 more vids. So I did a little research, turns out this insult to humanity has been doing this to tons of people. But only on gameplay vids of new/mainstream games like BF3 and COD. And surprise surprise he doesnt even have any vids of his own. I guess hes just trying to make money of others work by claiming ownership to get the ad revenue. So I was just wondering if anybody else here has been getting hasseled by this guy.
If so, please file a complaint on this looser and help get his ass turfed from Youtube.

what a loser.. Just in your notes to the YouTube staff, mentioned that you were recording to promote the game via 360-HQ.COM for DICE, and EA.. He backed down on all of em after I filed my disputes. I said they were my vids, I recorded em off my 360, edited them, added the subtitles and re-encoded them. That I had the original unedited vids on my PC along with the vsx and scn files from the recording and editing. And if he wants to try to lay claim he can offer up some proof he made them. And that by filing bogus claims against me it amounts to harrasment. On all 3 he backed down. Ive come across like 5 pages on Youtube of other people this guy has tried to pull this shit on. I cant believe Youtube hasnt turfed him yet because it was my understanding fileing a false claims was against the TOS.
