When its all put together wher do i take it from ther to get this up and running....?

First of all, you said it has a Falcon chipset. Therefor it is a Falcon motherboard, so yes. Non-Xenon. You will want to build your NAND with fBuild or another freeBOOT builder.
Here is a very popular freeBOOT NAND image builder. Although I recommend trying fBuild and if you can't do it, then try this.

ForAHobby has also added all the info and downloads on 360-HQ.
