if i was a major games company and wanted to find out who had modded xboxs, id leak my own game to the net, then ban every single person who used it before the launch, surely they could sneak in some code somewhere to make detection easier, like what they did for batman. but then logically steps are not exactly games companies strong points. well the 360 fuse system and hyper visor mode is amazing in terms of how effective it is. but i guess where theres a will...
