It's very possible now considering that "ban hammer" doesn't come in waves anymore. They monitor people playing pre-release date and so forth. Maybe call xbox live support and explain to them that you got the game early before they ban you just to be on the safe side. I'm sure you can give them a serial number or something off the game to prove you have it legit. _________________________________________________________

I know that EB Games here in Australia sold them the day before release as someone else broke street date.
I think they give you a day or 2 grace in this sort of circumstance, the ones they will ban are the guys playing it 3 weeks before release.
MS are after the guys who use torrents on the net to download the game, not the average joe who got it early legitimatly _________________________________________________________ Mattster
