The only problem I have with the whisper max is it takes away power from the DVD drive. Now I haven't done any tests to see if this would wreck anything, but I have heard a few horror stories.

I believe the original Whisper fans you could just plug in to the stock power.

One thing I really like about the Whisper is it comes with little ram heatsinks. I went out to my local PC store and bought 8 of them, here is a picture where I placed them.

You can sold the power suply to the motherboard, but I dont wanna do that.

I order mine WMax already, the question I would like see answer, do the DVD Drive need that much of power, the console itself is 12v I plug the intercooler and it didnt hurt the console.
