The Customs in Portugal are... lets say PIMPS. They want to charge VAT at all costs. I heard sometimes they stuck gift shipments to say if you are stupid enougth to tell them its not a gift(Can be a myth) when it gets stuck you have to pay tax not matter what.
But hey they have to tell something. Email then and ask about it. Everytime i buy something from a store they always e-mail me to confirm the shippement (some dont but i e-mail then and they reply)
ok so i think ive been completly screwed outta 40 something bucks due to no part and my account being charged.some of u say its stuck in customs and some say other things,i belive this company is out to get people so i advise all of u to stay as far away from consoleshop.com!!!!!!! i can't stress that enough!!!!!.
