leoclix,

Welcome to the site! If you have any other questions feel free to ask!

As for your fans going faster, The only thing I can think of is if you cleaned the dust off it might have been acting as a dampener and making it seem like its running quieter, and then when the dust was removed it went back to its original sound. That is just a guess because I've never heard of the fan going faster from an x-clamp fix before.

My xbox used to freeze all the time. Before the screen would freeze, the fans would speed up everytime. Obviously yours isn't freezing and is working... for now, but it could be one of the chips getting hot???

I'm just guessing. Come on, throw me a friggin bone here!

Could be either the gpu or the cpu but if it is playing fine then i dont really see that the problem maybe like frozen said might be some dust and that on the fans or also to make sure your fan duct cover is on right that can cause your fans to get louder too. Whats the longest you played on it after the xclamp. If its more then a couple hours then it is really something very simple or that the heatsinks are geting really hot which means the gpu or the cpu chips are geting to hot and then your fans speed up to try to cool them. Also if your playing it with the case off of it, that will also make them seem louder and same with the older ones the dvd drives are much louder too. More detail would be great.

Your english is very hard to understand but what i can figure out you did the x-clamp trick.

Maybe the heatsink isn't touching the chip correctly? or maybe you didn't put enough thermal on?
