Hey everyone, just a couple of questions concerning TVERSITY:

1. I just installed it and i can view my videos and mp3s awesomely from my harddrive, but i thought it could play internet video? whenever i add a video url from youtube it doesn't show up on my xbox 360. Am i wrong?

2. how can i upscale the videos, is it even possible?

3. will it play *.mkv files?

anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

1) I'm not sure if you can use direct links but I know I set mine up to youtube and it showed the top 10 and stuff like that

2) Never heard of it, will have to look into it

3) Never even heard of that file format, if it doesn't try getting a video converter to change it to xvid/divx, etc

If anyone knows anything else please help deps out, because I would like to know the answers too Smile

I use Video Get from Nuclear Coffee
http://nuclear-coffee.com/php/products.php?id=VideoGet

I like it because you can convert it to so many different formats (ipod, psp, avi, etc) and it works on a lot more sites then just youtube

When you install TVERSITY you need to install a CODEC pack.
If you can view a video on your PC then this means that tversity can REENCODE it to view it on your 360.. You just need to have the option turned on.

If you want you can stream youtube, 360-hq trailers and just about any other video content you want.. BUT, you must remember you have to wait atleast 30 mins before it will show up since it will be downloading all your shows and encoding them if needed..

heres a tutorial which may help you for internet video on TVERSITY:

How to Stream Trailers and Podcasts on Xbox 360:

PLEASE NOTE OUR VIDEOS AREA IS UPGRADING SO NOT ALL VIDEOS MAY STREAM CORRECTLY! Smile

just wondering where the re-encode feature is and also how does the ffdshow resolution thing work? alot of questions probably on the wrong forum but since you know how to use it so well hobbs i figured i would ask here.

i am really just trying to get my videos i view in FULL screen, my computer is very fast and i can play oblivion with full hd settings from my PC so that shouldn't be an issue. any help would be awesome!
