Hi guys, does anybody have any good advice as to a decent/reliable/safe way of cutting my 360 case. I wanna put a window in the side and i have a steady hand with my dremel, but i was wondering if anyone had any advice as to any way they would recommend i might cut the case. I was also thinking of getting a plain old knife, like an xacto, and lining out the cuts with masking tape and repeatedly cutting in straight lines, like as if i were cutting the acrylic glass for the window, thinking that it might look alot smoother. Anybody's help/advice in this situation would be appreciated, especially anyone who has cut their xbox 360 or xbox before.

Thanks

Pred

I haven't ever cut much plastic, but I'm pretty sure the dremel tool is the most common mod tool. I would suggest getting a plastic cutting disk, and using it, then when finished cutting, sand smooth and it should look nice.

ive done a handful of windows, i normally use the dremel with a cutting wheel but cut 1/4" inside of the final lines. then i use the edge of the cutting wheel to carefully work out to the final shape. when its close i use a file to get the lines nice and straight. last i use sandpaper to make the edge of the plastic smooth
