I am having a problem, On my dashboard when I select my gamercard to view my information it won't open. It tries to open and the new window closes. I am unable to change the zone I play in view my rep and all other info found when selecting the gamertag on my dashboard.
Anyone had this problem? P.S. tried to recover gamertag twice, no worky!

Have you tried deleting the profile all together and then re-downloading??
Maybe try signing in with another account to see if it still happens. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:

I did delete the profile and reinstall, still nothing. I also tried logging into another account and the same thing. It seemed to start the other day when I was online tring to except an invite from a friend to join Halo.
we were having problems hearing each other in private chat and I was having problem connecting/ excepting his invite. I decided to change my zone from Underground to Recreation to see if that made a difference.
We finally were able to chat and play online, but things were acting very strange. I now think that maybe his NAT is not open like mine, could be causing our issues while tring to connect, however I have know idea why I can't open my gamertag.
I can login to windows live on my PC and change my zone from there, and after I recover gamertag the change will take effect.
sorry for such a long post. Anyone help?

I would be contacting MS and see if there is anything they can do for you, they may have a possible solution for you over the phone. _________________________________________________________ Mattster

unpluged the Xbox, disconnected all cables and took it to work to play Halo3 during lunch. Hooked up xbox 360 at work and gamertag worked correctly, ( what the!!!???) anyway took it home hooked it up went online everthings back to normal. I have not played with friend yet so we will see, but that was real strange, a bug or something. Don't get me guessing. Thanks for the replies, I would have call MS if it didn't start working.
