I've read the headlines saying that microsoft will not replace your scratches up games, but they will give free perfect dark zero games. How do I get the free game though?

I called and told them that my system had scratched 3 of my discs. They opted to send me a box, so I can send them my 360 and they would have it back to me within 10 days. They refused to replace the games. I had the call escalated and am waiting for a call in the next 24 hours. Hopefully they will offer me a game. If not, well that's ok, Since I was merely conducting an experiement. Oh well. I'll keep you guys posted.
