I can remember reading a while ago that MS were banning any XBL accounts that were registered in a different country to the physical location of the 360.
Does any one know if this is true as I would like to download the Southpark episode that is going to be released this week for free and wonder if it's worth setting up a new account, as the content is not being released in the UK. _________________________________________________________

I dont think they ended up banning anyones xbox live account otherwise i would be stuffed but i do think they are banning by country ip.. You could use a proxy if you wanted to go to all the trouble..
apart from that i really wouldnt bother.. There are obviously copyright laws at issue..
