Activision announced today that Skylanders Spyro's Adventure and Skylander's Giants have together generated more than $1 billion in retail sales worldwide, inclusive of toys and accessories -- and the franchise reached this milestone in just 15 months.
In 2012, the combined sales of Skylanders Giants and Skylanders Spyro's Adventure toys out-sold the top action figure lines in the U.S. and Europe, including Beyblades, Star Wars and Transformers. Additionally, through January 2013, more than 100 million Skylanders toys have been sold at retail.
Activision Publishing has announced that the "Dinobot Destructor Pack" Expansion Pack for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, which adds Dinobots to the game's competitive multiplayer mode, will be available to download next Tuesday, September 11th, 2012 on Xbox LIVE, PSN and PC.
With the Dinobot Destructor Pack, the legendary Dinobots will be playable in online multi-player modes across all three major platforms and includes four new playable characters; Grimlock (T-rex), Slug (Triceratops), Snarl (Stegosaurus) and Swoop (Pteranodon).

The Transformers: Fall of Cybertron demo is available now on Xbox Live. The free downloadable demo includes both single and multiplayer modes and it weighs in at 1.98GB.
