Hard Drive required for Ninety-Nine Nights

According to Microsoft's own Xbox.com, Ninety-Nine Night will require the use of a Hard Drive in order to play, it is also "Hard Drive Enhanced". Microsoft has stated before that the Xbox 360 wouldn’t require a Hard drive to play games, if this is a typo is yet to be determined.
But if not there are two possibility’s; The game will require access to loads of data(that it's Japanese counterpart did not), or it will be digitally distributed. No one knows for sure.
Ninety-Nine Nights is set for an August release.
