Fan Speed Patcher for 16mb NANDs

ddxcb has released a Fan Speed Patcher for 16mb NANDs. There's not much more information on this release but anything we can find will be added to our homebrew database linked below.

Patch Autospeed.xex and run it for 100% fan speed.

Edit1: added 80% and 90% only for 16MB NAND's.
Edit2: added 50,60,70% speed, only for 16MB NAND's


16mb nand
----------------
0xFF7E11 = CPU fan speed overide
0xFF7E12 = GPU fan speed overide

512mb nand
----------------
0x3DBF011 = CPU fan speed overide
0x3DBF012 = GPU fan speed overide

0x7F means it's auto.
