Read the full story to find out when the new release date and what extra goodies you will get in the limited edition: Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway has slipped a month and will ship on September 23, according to retail chains GameStop and Amazon.com. The World War II FPS was previously set for an August release. In addition to a new ship date, a limited edition appeared on the two retail sites. According to GameStop, the limited edition will run for $10 more than the standard and will include:

* SGT Matt Baker Figurine: Fully articulated, high-quality, 6" collectible action figure with 13 accessories

* Comic Book: The entire first issue (with bonus content) of the Brothers in Arms comic series.

* Poster Map: Map of Operation Market Garden

Although retail outlets use tentative dates all of the time, it's a big coincidence that both sites posted the same release date. A local bay area GameStop manager told IGN that the publisher pushed the date from August to September. According to Shacknews, Randy Pitchford, Gearbox's president, confirmed the September delay, but did not confirm the exact date; although he said it would be "poetic" if the game released in late September to coincide with the 64th anniversary of Operation Market Garden, which ran from September 17 to September 25.
Looks like it will be worth the wait.
