Xbox 360 HDD Required for Burnout Paradise Online

Burnout Paradise for Xbox 360 is one of a growing number of games which currently require a Xbox 360 HDD to play online using Xbox Live.

It seem's Burnout Paradise uses quite a large amount of space to store temporary files for online play and the Xbox 360 memory unit isn't large enough. Don't think this is the first time a online 360 game has required a hard drive.
