The kind folks over at Consoleshop.com, and Xcm were kind enough to supply me with an Xcm Xfps 360 Pro. This is the second generation of Xcm Xfps 360. It addresses the problem with adjustments to the deadzone that plagued some users. I myself didn't have this problem, but my mouse supports sensitivity adjustments. So It never plagued me. This time around, I used a mouse that didnt support sensitivity adjustments.

You can find the review for the first generation Xcm Xfps 360 here.

After using this product under the same conditions as the first generation (with the exeption of using a mouse, that doesn't support adjustments to sensitivity), I find that the adjustments on the side of the unit were in fact needed to rid the deadzone that plagues mouse's that don't have the ability for sensitivity adjustments. I appologize for any inconvience this may have caused anyone that used my first review as a baseline.

Xcm also addressed the color issue, the white color of the unit blends in great with my 360. Other then the adjustments for mice, that don't allow sensitivity adjustments, and the new color, the unit is unchanged. Hard to change something that was rock solid exept for a few problems. Again Xcm puts out a great product, and has listened to complaints of the end user, and fixed these problems. So kudos to Xcm for addressing these issues, and admitting to them. Can't say that about many companies out there making 3rd party peripheral's for the Xbox 360.

A recap of scoring, updated for the second generation of the Xcm Xfps 360.

Packaing: 10/10
Ease of use: 8/10
Looks: 10/10

Pros:
Brings keyboard/mouse to the 360
Great pickup and great for small adjustments
Looks good, and works better.
White color to match the 360's looks.

Cons:
Need of a wired controller

It doesn't achieve a score of 10 due to, having to adjust the sensitivity for mice that dont have the option built in, and the need for a wired controller to have the 360 recognize it. But it does recieve a solid 9 out of 10 scoring.

Thanks again to Consoleshop.com, and Xcm, for providing me an Xcm Xfps 360 Pro, to review for the readers of 360-hq.com, and allowing me to give these gifts to members of the site, that are active in our Competitions.
