Hori 12.1 LCD Monitor Announced

Hori, the company that manufactured the Final Fantasy X-2 gun and the Onimusha sword controller, leaked plans today for the Compact TFT Monitor EX, an LCD monitor that attaches to your Xbox 360 with very little hassle, giving 360 owners the ability to take their gaming anywhere they may choose..
You’ll still have to plug your 360 in to AC power. We're sure at some point Hori, another manufacturer, or some ingenius modder will come up with a comepletely battery run solution to the power problem, but for now you’ll actually need to plugs as you’ll need to plug in your 360 (with its massive brick power supply) and the AC adapter to run the monitor.
 Set for release in Japan only currently sometime in July, for 36,750 yen (around $300), you can drag this 12.1 inch monitor around and play in a full 720 signal provided from the 360 via analogue RGB.
There is also a pair of stereo speakers below the monitor, or you can plug in headphones.
No word on a Australian, US or UK release yet but we’ll keep you posted on 360-hq.
