It seems Microsoft has started to roll out a new scheme to help boost their Gold Member subscriptions for Xbox Live.
Gold Members will now start to get Demos and Trailers before Silver Members and the timescale seems to be around a weeks difference in release times.
This does seem to be a bit of a double edged sword as it does add better value for money to Gold Memberships, but alas will alienate anyone on a Silver Membership.
At the moment there is not much content that is released like this, but with 4 Million users now on the Live! service and MS expecting that figure to rise to 6 Million by June 2007 you can be sure that this Premium Content system will become more commonplace.
