Hey, Che Chou, community manager at Turn 10 Studios, creators of Forza Motorsport 2. I have a question. When are Xbox 360 owners going to have the opportunity to pony up some Microsoft Points for new downloadable content? Three hundred cars and a baker's dozen tracks just isn't cutting it anymore. A general answer will be fine.
The general answer to that question has always been "yes," we definitely have DLC up our sleeves and will release a series of car packs and new tracks starting in August and running probably through a good chunk of fall.
Forza Motorsports 2 is definitely here to stay. We're also going to continually keep an eye on community and its successes and problems, patching and tweaking where we need to and rewarding those who are especially helpful or give back to the community.
Microsoft have finally has reported there has been no 'recall' in Australia or anywhere else. The rumours and speculation appearing are just that - rumours and speculation." Apparently, a batch of faulty HDDs had caused the hardware glitch, leading retail managers to issue the recall message to all Xbox 360 owners throughout the region.
Microsoft, probably still reeling from previous hardware criticisms, has finally spoken out to deny the Aussie recall chatter, telling CVG that, "there has been no 'recall' in Australia or anywhere else. The rumours and speculation appearing are just that - rumours and speculation."

Epic Games has informed Next-Gen that Too Human developer Silicon Knights is suing the Gears of War developer for fraud, breach of contract and other claims.
Epic VP Mark Rein sent an e-mail to various press outlets today which stated, "This morning we were served with a lawsuit by Silicon Knights. We believe the claims against us are unfounded and without merit and we intend to fully defend against them."
Silicon Knights, which is currently developing the anticipated Xbox 360 title Too Human, is licensing Epic's Unreal Engine 3 for development of that title.
"We'd love to tell you more about it but unfortunately our lawyers want us to save our comments for the courthouse so we're going to do our best to comply with their wishes," Rein added. "In that vein we'd appreciate if our friends in the industry and media would refrain from asking us about the suit because we're only going to say 'no comment.' We just wanted to share the news directly before the rumor mill starts churning."
