Street Trace: NYC Waiting on Microsoft

We just received word from Gaia Industries that they are just waiting on Microsoft to give a release date. As we all know this can sometimes be a long process; however, they can give a general date of "Spring 2007" now as when the game will be released on Xbox Live Arcade. Sometimes games that claim to be ready take well over a month to come out, and we know about the next 10 titles that Microsoft plans to release so it's looking like the title may be further off than originally planned.
We here at 360-HQ are also able to give our visitors a chance to go play the game this weekend if you are available. Go to the post on the forums and express your interest. You need to be in the New York City area on February 3rd, 2007 to be able to attend this event, a few of the staff will be attending so will a few other members of the site. Anyone interested in going is urged to post in our forums so that we can get the details to you so that you will not miss out on this opportunity.
For those that may not know what this game is all about, the official description is a next-generation race and arena combat game set against the dystopian backdrop of a corporate controlled future. You are able to choose from one of six characters each with a unique story. You will participate in this year's Tracer Games, a series of challenges that will take you and your salvaged hoverboard through what remains of New York City's outer boroughs. In the single player campaign you can upgrade your board and equipment through a complete market system. It will also feature multiplayer on many different levels, not only same console and Xbox Live, but you can also play via System Link.
