Cyanide Studio and NACON announced that Blood Bowl 3 will finally launch for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on February 23, 2023. Nintendo Switch to follow at a later date!
Blood Bowl 3 is a faithful adaptation of the Games Workshop board game, which is to receive a new edition this year. The game will use the new edition rules, teams (including the new Black Orcs and Imperial Nobility), units and associated skills. Team17 announced a new partnership with UK-based strategy specialist developer Absolutely Games to bring a brand-new strategy title to Consoles and PC.
Formed in late-2019, Absolutely Games – a studio of 27 developers led by industry veterans James Brooksby (CEO) and Adrian Hawkins (CTO) – will be teaming up with Team17 to bring its first title, an unannounced ‘historical strategy experience’, and original IP, to consoles and PC.
