Tales from the Borderlands' fifth and final episode, "The Vault of the Traveler" , is now available for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Tales from the Borderlands is a five part episodic game series set on the unforgiving world of Pandora after the events seen in Borderlands 2. This story follows two adventure333rs on their quest for greatness and thrown together as unwilling partners in an adventure to recover cash they both think is theirs.
Microsoft announced today that a free update featuring Master Chief, Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris from Halo 5: Guardians will be available for free on October 23 for Minecraft: Xbox One Edition and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.
This free update to the Minecraft: Halo Edition mash-up pack will add new characters from Halo 5: Guardians to Minecraft on Xbox and include all of the content from the original pack for those purchasing for the first time ($3.99 USD).
The mash-up pack, expertly crafted by 4J Studios, includes a Halo-themed texture set, themed menus and user interface, craft-able items and 31 music tracks across the Halofranchise. Also available are 40 pixel-perfect character skins depicting beloved Halocharacters such as the Master Chief, Cortana, Sergeant Johnson, the Arbiter and more. For fans looking to fully immerse themselves into the Halo universe, the Halo Mash-up pack also features pre-made worlds such as Silent Cartographer, Sandtrap, Valhalla, Blackout, Guardian, Blood Gulch and plenty of well-known Halo vehicles and features.
Rockstar Games has announced that GTA Online's Freemode Events, an upcoming update for GTAV that gives players an entirely new way to play Grand Theft Auto Online, will be available to download on Tuesday, September 15th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Freemode Events in Grand Theft Auto Online are a new advancement in open world gameplay, giving players access to a range of seamlessly integrated games and challenges in GTA Online’s Freemode. Taking full advantage of the latest generation of consoles and PC hardware, there are no menus, lobbies, or load times – just an open Freemode session filled with Friends, Crewmates, rivals, and randoms where spontaneous and chaotic new games and challenges will appear.
One of these events can kick off at any given moment while in Freemode, and you can customize your session to decide exactly which ones will happen – so you can play as much or as little of this new content as you like. With countless variations on each Freemode Event, there are tons of unique new experiences, each offering new opportunities for reaping GTA$ and RP in GTA Online.

Feeling locked and stocked? Look out for King of the Castle – an every man for himself turf war where you’ll need to ascend and claim the designated ‘castle’ as your territory – and then fend off everyone else as they go all out to dethrone you. Form fragile alliances and work together in modes like Hunt the Beast, where one volunteer is temporarily transformed into a faster, stronger, beastly character who must escape relentless pursuers. Freemode Events also take the shape of insane stunt challenges, such as popping the longest wheelie, catching the most air in a land vehicle, or performing the most near misses in a vehicle without crashing.
Also included with next week's update are two brand new Adversary Modes. First, Hunting Pack: you’re part of a team tasked to deliver a priority vehicle rigged to explode if it drops below a minimum speed, while your opponents race, ram and batter to take it down. Or try Cross the Line, where heavily-armed squads face off across a neutral zone – with the goal of having all team members strategically penetrate their opponents’ territory to claim victory. The Freemode Events Update also brings the Rockstar Editor to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with new features (also being added for current PC users as well) such as an ambient audio and sound effects library, Snapmatic integration, Director Mode updates and more.
Xbox 360 and PS3 will not be receiving the update.
Battlefield 4: Night Ops, the free DLC pack for Battlefield 4 that features the new night map Zavod: Graveyard Shift, new Gun Master mode and many of other improvements, is now available on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PS3 and PC.
Battlefield 4 Night Operations, also known as Night Ops, includes the new map Zavod: Graveyard Shift, a night version of Zavod 311. When the map is shrouded in darkness the gameplay shifts and provides a tactical advantage to the players that utilize scopes for night vision and thermal imaging or use gadgets that reveal the enemy position when the visibility is impaired.
Sledgehammer Games and Activision announced today that “Reckoning”, the fourth and final DLC pack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, will be available starting tomorrow August 4, 2015 first on Xbox Live for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Brace yourself for Reckoning, the final downloadable content pack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Grapple your way out of ship-fired missile strikes, dodge plasma lamp explosions and boost jump off crumbling glaciers in four all-new MP maps. Overload: Set in downtown New Baghdad, the map’s multiple levels and long perimeter site-lines are great for medium to long-range combat. Modern architecture provides a tactical layout with a grand view.
Quarantine : This medium sized map takes place on an island following a deadline outbreak that features both tight corners and open areas that combine to allow for any style of gameplay. In the atrium, every step is precious as the floor opens up, in a timed dynamic event, to reveal a bottomless disposal pit.
Fracture : Locked away in the arctic, players take refuge behind wind turbines and heavy equipment that allow for large combat. As the ice buckles and breaks away, flooding escape routes, long-site lines are more key.
Swarm : Narrow corridors of this small to medium sized map in Seoul, South Korea, are the setting. Close quarter store interiors tell the story of a war scarred city that has flanking routes and cover all around.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Reckoning also brings fans Descent a new experience that introduces a remote ocean Atlas survival facility, new “fused” exo zombie enemies and the Trident Reflected Energy Weapon. In the dramatic conclusion of the Exo Zombies saga, Descent continues where Carrier left off. Following the discovery that one of their own (John Malkovich – In the Line of Fire, RED, Burn After Reading) is now among the undead, the squad (Bill Paxton – Aliens, Titanic, Edge of Tomorrow, Rose McGowan – Planet Terror, Scream, Jon Bernthal – Fury, The Wolf of Wall Street and Bruce Campbell – Burn Notice, Bubba Ho-Tep) find themselves in a difficult situation as they attempt to discover the true cause of the global pandemic and the terrible secret that Atlas has been hiding.
