In either single player or online modes make a match type of "Elimination" and set the points to "No Points"
The object of elimination is to have the most cards so that you won't get out. It is possible to get uno while playing this gametype but it isnt that common.
Play and win 40 games doing thus, if you get eliminated just press star and quit and retry (there is no loss score against you when you do this)
