Published on March 23, 2008 Just start a terrorist hunt on any difficulty (easier with friends and on casual difficulty) and then set the terrorist density to low and finish off all of the terrorists. Some general tips would be too stay in cover, check your corners, use a smoke grenade with thermal vision and keep your cool
