Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix from Capcom is their latest release to the Xbox Live Arcade for gamers of any age.
"Capcom" who are normally better known for publishing such titles as Dead Rising, Lost Planet, Devil May Cry 4 amongst many other hit titles have also been hard at work developing casual games for the Xbox Live Arcade on Xbox 360 and oh we are so glad they are.
The guys over at "Backbone Entertainment" have done a excellent job With their most recent release to the Xbox Live Arcade so read on. Two Thumbs up!

 Overview
Single Player or Live Multiplayer "Puzzle Fighter" is one of the most popular puzzle games of all time and is back for the Xbox 360 Console. Enhanced HD Graphics, Xbox 360 Achievements and additional game modes bring Puzzle Fighter back to life.
The Developer had announced that there would be as little as possible changed in "Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix" since the original game was very well-designed and fun. I'm very pleased to announce how true this is.. The game was fun and is still fun. Puzzle Fighter was already extremely addictive but this time it boasts online multplayer with Xbox Live Leaderboards.
Gameplay - 9/10
The Gameplay for Puzzle Fighter HD is very simple. The player controls a pair of blocks (gems) that drop into a playfield twelve blocks tall by six blocks wide and try their best to remove all gems. Similar to such games as Tetris or Columns, the player rotate's and pushes the blocks into place at the bottom of the playfield. While it may take you a little time to get used to creating the different power gems the gameplay is very addictive no matter how simple you may think it is.
To earn points and defeat your opponent, players create groups of similar-colored pieces (gems) which are then eliminaed by dropping a circular "Crash" Gem onto the pieces.
Great for Xbox 360 Gamers of any age or size, Puzzle Fighter HD is sure to be a hit amongst all Xbox Live Arcade users.
Graphics - 8/10
The Graphic in Puzzle Fighter HD are superb and look great on any HDTV capable screen.. The new version of "Super Puzzle Fighter 2 HD Remix" features newly created 1080p HD graphics, several new game modes, improved game balance as well as new stage backgrounds courtesy of Udon Entertainment.
The only bug that gets to me a little is when some of the sprites (characters) who fight in the middle of the screen do bug up occassionally on my 1080 setup as they had some horizontal scanlines through them and it would attract my attention..
The Graphics in Puzzle Fighter HD overall are perfect for this type of gameplay and I can't personally see any need for much else.. Dont fix what isn't broken guys.
Sound - 7/10
The soundtrack for Puzzle Fighter HD on the Xbox 360 is really cool especially if you enjoyed the original street fighter soundtracks like me. I found myself tapping along to the good old street fighter themed music which has been obviously remastered for this release and smashing the gems.
If you don't like the background music for the game its easy to play your own custom music using the xbox 360 dashboard interface too.
Overall - 8/10
I recommend this title to any and all gamer's of every age. "Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix" is another great xbox live arcade title and a must have for puzzle enthuisiasts. Achievement hunters please note that it wont be an easy 200/200pts but it is certainly possible. Keep practicing all...
